Ingredients
Dough:
- 1 cup Cocobella natural yoghurt
- 2 cups of GF plain flour + extra for dusting
Filling:
- 1 tbs. olive oil
- 2 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
- 150g firm tofu, crumbled
- 1 zucchini, grated and squeezed (to remove excess liquid)
- 2 large handfuls of baby spinach
- 1 small brown onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbs. Cocobella natural yoghurt
- Salt & pepper to taste
Vegan Tzatziki:
- 1 cup Cocobella natural yoghurt
- 1 cucumber, grated and squeezed (to remove excess liquid)
- 1-2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh mint, chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt & pepper to taste
