11. Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes, all of our Cocobella packaging is 100% recyclable.
Our yoghurt pots and overlids can be placed in kerbside recycling bin simply as they are, the label and pot are made from the same materials for easy recycling. The foil seals are made from fully recyclable aluminium and should ideally be scrunched into a ball and placed in kerbside recycling bin to make recycling easier. The carton shippers are fully recyclable.
Some people have commented that our foil seals tear easily especially when opening the larger 500g and 900g pots. This is because we have chosen for recycling reasons to use an aluminium-only foil seal that does not contain extra layers of plastic. Plastic/foil seals are quite common and they don’t tear but they can’t actually be recycled and people are generally not aware of this.
