Sunday Banana Pancakes

  • Serves: 8 pancakes


1/2 cup of Cocobella Natural Coconut Yoghurt (and extra for topping!)

2 cups of self raising flour

1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (and extra for the top)

1 cup of plant based milk of choice

1 teaspoon of vanilla paste

2 ripe bananas and extra for topping! (we love the bananas grilled on top)

1/2 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries


Combine Cocobella Coconut Yoghurt, banana, maple strip, and vanilla in a mixing bowl.

Add in flour and blueberries and stir  gently to combine.

Fry off each pancake in a lightly oiled pan on medium heat.

Serve with Cocobella Natural Coconut Yoghurt, berries, bananas, and maple syrup.
