Passionfruit Protein Cheesecake

1/4 cup of oat flour (oats blended)

1/4 cup almond meal

1.5 tablespoons desiccated coconut

2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

1 tablespoon Cocobella Plus Protein Vanilla or Passionfruit Coconut Yogurt





1. To make the base, stir and combine the dry ingredients until they form a breadcrumb-like consistency.

2. Press the cheesecake base into the bottom of two glasses, ramekins or mugs.

3. Dollop Cocobella Plus Passionfruit Protein Coconut Yoghurt on top of each base and smooth.

4. Top with fresh passionfruit and berries and enjoy straight away – no need to set!

It’s literally as simple as 1, 2, 3, 4!
