Strawberry & Coconut Smoothie


1 cup strawberries

1 serving vanilla pea protein powder

2 tbsp desiccated coconut

1 tbsp coconut yoghurt

1 handful walnuts

1 squeeze of lemon juice

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp raw honey/stevia/maple syrup

1 cup coconut water

1 cup ice cubes


Place all the above in your high power blender. Blend until thick and creamy.

Top with desiccated coconut, strawberry slices, buckinis, chopped nuts and seeds or granola – whatever you like!

High in protein with the vanilla pea protein powder and Cocobella Coconut Yoghurt, this smoothie is superb for fuelling up pre-workout or replenishing energy stores post workout.
