Immune Boosting Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 handful kale
  • 1 cup Cocobella coconut water
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 5cm piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • ½ lemon, juice only

Method

  1. Put all ingredients into blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve with seasonal fruits, and your favourite toppings! Bon appetit!
