- 2 Tbsp flaxmeal
- 1 cup of chopped fresh pineapple
- 1 cup of Cocobella Coconut Yoghurt
- 125ml of Cocobella Coconut Water
- Organic almonds, chopped
*add maple syrup/ coconut sugar/ organic raw honey if desired
