Noa’s Blueberry Breakfast Crumble

Ingredients

Ingredients:
1 cup of frozen blueberries , 140g
1 teaspoon of flour
1 teaspoon coconut sugar
1/2 cup Cocobella Vanilla Coconut Yoghurt

Crumble:
2.5 / 20g tablespoons plain flour
2 tablespoons rolled oats
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
Pinch of cinnamon & salt
1 tablespoon coconut oil

Method

Preheat the oven to 180â€Ēc

In an oven proof bowl add blueberries, sweetener and flour.

Mix and set aside.

To another bowl combine crumble ingredients until there are no dry bits. If needed add a drop of milk or maple syrup. Top the blueberries.

Bake for approx. 18-22 mins. Serve warm with Cocobella coconut yoghurt.
