Mango Raspberry Coconut Frozen Yoghurt

670g Frozen mango
1 cup Cocobella Natural coconut yoghurt
175ml Rice malt syrup
1/2 Lemon, juiced
1/2 cup Frozen raspberries


  1. Place all ingredients except raspberries into a food processor and mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the raspberries and mix in using a spoon.
  3. Pour into a freezer suitable container, smooth the top, and  cover with lid.
  4. Allow to freeze overnight, and to serve simply remove from freezer and thaw for 15mins before enjoying!
