Ingredients
- ½ kiwi (peeled and sliced into 3 full moons)
- ⅔ cup mango (frozen)
- ¾ cup mango Cocobella yoghurt
- 3 Tbsp passionfruit pulp
In a food processor, add the frozen mango pieces and blitz until smooth. You may need to add ½ tsp water
Place the kiwi moons in the middle of your popsicle molds.
Pour the blended mango at the bottom of your popsicle followed by the mango Cocobella yogurt and then finish the top with the passionfruit pulp
Carefully thread a wooden popsicle stick into the middle and place them in the freezer until set, overnight is best!
