Cocobella Vanilla and Coconut Waffles

2/3 cup plain flour

2/3 cup vanilla soy milk (or your favourite plant mylk)

1 tsp vanilla extract

75g Cocobella Coconut Yoghurt – Natural

1 tbsp rice malt syrup


To serve:

Fresh fruit

Date syrup

Preheat your waffle iron. In a medium size bowl, mix all ingredients together until you have an even consistency. This will make enough for 2 large waffle so double the recipe if you have friends over. Spoon the mixture into the hot waffle iron and allow to cook through until golden brown.

Serve hot with Cocobella Coconut Yoghurt, fresh fruit and date syrup, or your choice of toppings.
