Choc Raspberry Cookie Sandwiches by @hannah.banana182
The texture of these cookie sandwiches is just the right amount of crumbly and crunchy.
Makes 5
Ingredients
For the Cookies:
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/4 cup Rice Malt Syrup
- 2 tbs Almond Butter
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 3/4 cup Almond Meal
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- Choc Chips and Raspberries to taste
For the Chocolate Centre:
- 100g Dark Chocolate
- 2 tbs Cocobella Natural Coconut Yoghurt
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°c
- Mix together coconut oil, rice malt syrup, almond butter and vanilla until smooth.
- Add almond meal and baking powder and stir until combined.
- Fold through raspberries and choc chips.
- Shape into cookies and bake for 10-12 minutes*.
- Once cookies have cooled, melt dark chocolate and then stir though coconut yoghurt. Add a spoonful to half of the cookies, adding the other half on top.
*cookies will be soft when they come out of the oven but will harden as they cool.
**store in the fridge for up to 5 days

Try this wholesome and healthy twist on this old fave.
Cake ingredients
- 200g oat flour
- 20g Coconut sugar
- 30g monk fruit sweetener
- 1tsp baking powder
- Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger (add the desired amount for your taste buds)
- 1 large grated carrot
- 2 eggs
- 1 heaped tbsp melted vegan butter
- 15g coconut oil
- 30g maple syrup
- 1 heaped tbsp Cocobella Vanilla Coconut Yoghurt
- Handful sultanas
- 5 dates chopped up
- 10g shredded coconut
Method
- Preheat oven 180°c
- Add dry ingredients to a large bowl and then add your wet ingredients
- Mix together!
- Bake for 20-30mins at 180°c
- Once cooked, let the cake cool
Icing
- 1 heaped tbsp Cocobella Vanilla Coconut Yoghurt
- 2 tbsp monk fruit icing sugar
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Method
- Mix together and spread onto the carrot cake.

Ingredients
- frozen coconut
- frozen strawberries
- salted caramel protein
- Cocobella Straight Up coconut water
- almond milk
Serve with
Topped with banana, strawberries, rice puffs, crushed macadamias, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, cacao nibs and goji berries.

Green Overnight Chia Seeds Pudding by @tastylicious_foods
When you’re sick of green juice or smoothies, mix it up with some green chia pudding.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2TBS maple syrup
- 1 cup almond mylk
- 1tsp spirulina
- 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Toppings
- kiwi fruit
- blueberries
- hemp seeds
- Cocobella Natural Coconut Yoghurt
- choc
- raspberries
Method
- Add chia seeds, maple syrup, almond mylk, spirulina, vanilla extract into a bowl set aside in the fridge overnight.
- Top with kiwi fruit, blueberries, hemp seeds, Cocobella Natural coconut yoghurt, choc and of course some raspberries!!

Coconut Lychee Cocktail by @a_Kocktails
Nice combination of light flavours
Ingredients
- 30mls vodka
- 15mls Malibu
- 30mls lychee Liqueur
- 30mls Cocobella Coconut Water
- 15mls fresh lime juice
Method
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker or a mason jar if you don’t have a shaker.
- Shake ingredients together over ice .
- Strained into a chilled martini glass and serve with lychee. Enjoy.
